Extra vehicles
£15 a month each on Solo, Trade and Business, up to the next plan's limit. If extras would cost more than the next plan up, we'll tell you.
On Fleet, vehicles 41 to 60 are £10 a month each.
Extra sites
£39 a month each on Trade, Business and Fleet, up to 10 sites in all. More than 10 sites is an Enterprise quote.
A vehicle counts if it runs collections that month, whether or not its driver carries a phone. A site is a place where you receive or weigh waste; a yard where you only park vehicles doesn't count.
All prices exclude VAT.
Try it properly. Leave whenever you like.
- Three months to try it. Ninety days to run your own loads through WasteOne before you pay anything. No card needed to start, and no setup fee.
- Didn't subscribe? Your account turns read-only for 90 days, so you can still sign in and export everything, and subscribing brings it all back. After that the account closes and we keep your records safely until the law no longer requires them, then delete them.
- Your records are yours. Export all of them at any time, during the trial or after, in a format you can open without us. Your hard work shouldn't be held back because you chose to leave.
- We make leaving easy on purpose. It means we have to earn your business every month, and we intend to.
- Tell us what to improve. We want your suggestions. Founding customers help shape what we build next.
- Founding prices are locked for 24 months from your first payment, while we keep building WasteOne and acting on what you tell us.
- No surprises. Every plan's full price is shown above, next to its founding price, so you know exactly what it will cost when the founding price ends.

Founding customers: 30% off, locked for two years.
The first 50 paying customers get 30% off their whole bill, extras included, with that price locked for 24 months from their first payment. It stacks with paying yearly.
The founding price is shown on each plan above, and the calculator works it out for your size. Join the list and we’ll tell you first when buying opens.

- A 90-day free trial, with no card needed to start. No setup fee.
- On every plan with a site (Trade, Business and Fleet), collection and receipt go on one record for each load. The plans differ only in size.
- Each business sees only its own records.
- DEFRA charges £26 a year per organisation to use its digital waste tracking service. You pay it to DEFRA directly; it isn't part of our price. When WasteOne starts sending your records to DEFRA (planned for 2027), the fee must be paid, or DEFRA won't accept them. Correct as of 23 September 2026, checked against gov.uk and DEFRA's API documentation.
